Default Albany Game score/attendance/etc prediction thread

    1. Attendance will be between 20k and 21k
    2. ~350 yards passing
    3. All receivers we expect to play well will play well but the lead receiver will be someone we are not expecting
    4. DL struggles a bit but still shows promise, linebackers will shine.
    5. The Weather will be clear, hot, and humid.
    6. Final score is GSU 35 Albany 17
    7. After the game some here will be claiming Paul Johnson would beat UA by 50 and that Mike Sewak would beat them by 30.
    8. We gain valuable momentum and morale for the big game in Brookings.

    1. Attendance at 18k (+-1000)
    2. 250 yards passing, they force us to run the ball
    3. One receiver comes out the woodwork, another disappoints
    4. Both lines struggle
    5. Who cares about the weather? The Eagles are playing!
    6. Final score - yours is good - 35-17
    7. After the game, we start planning for playoff tickets.
    8. Hopefully don't get too big of a head.

Tough to argue with any of that except #3. I am so lost on our WR's that I don't think it would be possible to be suprised by our leading receiver. I've been going through all the WR's in my head and invision being told they that led us in receiving against Albany and every one of them I think "yeah, that wouldn't suprise me."

I'm thinking the attendance will be 21,150. We struggle at first against their run, but make the proper adjustments to win 34-17. Even though it won't be quite as hot as usual for the first game, the heat takes its toll against them, and we have the game in hand by mid way through the third quarter.
The things that come to those who wait will be the scraggly junk left by those who got there first.

1)I'll say that we have around 20k people in attendance.
2)We struggle getting the running game going, and get everything done through the air.
    3) we completed passes to 7+ different people
    4) DL gives up 5-7 yards up the gut all game long, but holds strong in the 4th as their OL gets tired.
    5) the weather will be very hot and humid
6)The game is decided late in the 4th quarter with a game winning touchdown final of 28-24 good guys.
    7) people will find negatives to talk about no matter how big of a blow out the game is.
    8) we build much needed confidence and get ready for a long trip to Canada or wherever the next game is.

    Eagles win 31-10.

We pass for 300+ yards and 3 Tds.
We have 1 rushing TD and a field goal.

    Attendance will be 19,500.

Sumner leads the team in receiving.
Urbano leads the team in rushing.

Albany's tailback runs for 100+ yards. Albany's TD comes on a play action pass that completely burns our defense.

It's not to say that we have 3 receivers who are ok and all of the rest inhale vigorously. Just that the person that will have the most receiving yards would be someone most wouldn't pick if you had to predict ahead of time. This year's Leander Barney (minus the loss of eligibility after the first season) if you will.
