I wonder if anyone has taken the time to nominate him? Can't get in if someone doesn't do the application process.

Either way, it’s a travesty. He was a great player. How many D-I athletes have rushed for 5000+ yards?
    Thanks, Rastabot!

Oh I agree, so hopefully someone will do the nomination paperwork.

I had no idea that they were not already on scholarship. Congratulations to all three young men who have been great contributors to our program.

Agreed. Funny story Pete...I was in Hinesville driving a junky beater car back in 2009 (I was in law school and super broke) and I stopped at a gas station right off of highway 84 and I had my little GS tag on the front of the car .

Guy walks up next to me and says, "what you know about that team right there?" and pointed to my tag. I told him, "enough to know you're Jermaine Austin" and he laughed and talked to me for a few minutes about our time at GS and our high hopes for the "Hatch Attack." He was a good guy and that moment sticks with me.

I think our front 7 will be as good as any in the conference and potentially one of our best ever if we stay healthy. J Ellis coming back adds depth. Wright could be special considering what's playing on the outside. Our LB group is phenomenal. They fly to the ball. R Ellis and Byrd in the middle is nasty
