To both of your points, it’s not like Crawford had to be the next coming of Joel Embid or anything. Heck, just put him inside 5 feet on D and hold his arms up to intimidate and rebound. On O, just put him at the high post or elbow area and let Jackson and McCadden drive the baselines and watch him rim run for dunks and layups. You don’t even have to design a play.

(same record as us this year) Another example is Florida Gulf Coast, had a great run and lost a couple of coaches Hire a bad one and look what happened, their terrible. (can anyone say Tyson Summers)

For all those fans that think we can't win because of Hanner, Bulter plays in a gym that was built in 1928
Wofford’s new arena is better than any arena in the Sun Belt.
Too many Urkels on your team that's why your wins low

Butler arena is bigger and they actually fill it to the max. Also have a higher budget than we do as well. So the year of the arena doesn’t matter.

Forget Butler then. How about Vermont? They play in the middle of nowhere in awful climate in a high school gym. What excuse can we give of why they can go to the tournament almost every year and we can't get out of the 2nd round of the conference tournament?

Better coaching. From 3 different coaches. Tom Brennan, the guy who started their run had an interesting time there. He actually had a losing record, 15 mediocre or bad years, then ended with 4 great years and 3 NCAA appearances. Maybe in 8 more years Byington will get the endings of games figured out.

I never said anything about their fans, city or state. I only said that their gym was built in 1928, for the people that say Hanner is a old dinosaur and we can't win because of it. Hinkle is tough venue, great basketball environment, etc. but nothing special to look at (just like Hanner). The seating capacity has been reduced 4 times over the years. From 1928-1989 it seated 15,000 now it seats 9,100. It's also a fieldhouse just like Hanner.

Some of the best programs in the country have to play in Hinkle every year, that doesn’t hurt recruiting and is certainly not the case with Hanner.

Yep on your points. Well, it don't matter now but Augusta State's coach seems to know what to do with the big young man.

in conference games, 14.6 a game, 70% shooting and average 10 rebounds a game and get this, O-0 from 3 point range, can you believe it, hasn't attempted a 3 point shot!. Man, that's novel, what's wrong with the boy!
