    I graduated in 2011/2012 and have given every year since. Was around $150 a year and just bumped up my auto donation with the plan to be closer to the $1,200 level this year as I'd like to look at moving my seats to the club level.

    There was a Georgia Southern guy in charge of the basketball team when I got to Georgia Southern. That was an unmitigated disaster.

    Agreed. Some think that having a GS pedigree automatically puts you at the top of the list regardless of other qualities or other applicants

    True.

    AD is a critical and very complex job.

    We need a good one.

    We love Ham, AP, and PJ (and anyone named Russell.). But we really need someone with proven experience in this area.

    This is not a figurehead position. We need more than a name.

    (we are still paying the price for a “hold my beer” hire. We need no more of that.)
