That gag team was horrible. No way on earth they won that game in any legit manner.

    I call shenanigans.
That was their 6th win so calling them Savannah state level is hyperbole at best.

I applaud you for your hatred of them. Although I hope you aren’t losing sleep over it. It’s not that serious.

Don't think he is trash. But he's not half the coach PJ or Monken is.

And like another poster said. He didn't win a bowl game here, either.

I'm no fan of Fritz personally, but he's 2-0 against Monken head to head, including a win against his 10-3 Army team. To say he isn't half the coach Monken is, is a bit of a stretch.

There's basically no way to support Monken being a better coach

    This wasn’t the 2019 Gag.

This was the perennial Gag of complete dumpster fire tradition.

Did they not fire that coach?

    ( -yeah. They were awesome.)

Stop it with revisionist history. They were crap.
Was their victory over us their 6th win?

But to say they were on par with Savannah State is not just untrue, it's asinine.

Its ridiculous. The hyperbole is what kills his credibility.

A player that played several years for both coaches said Monken taught them how to be tough and love Georgia Southern but that Fritz taught them how to be football players. He said with Monken, by the time Saturday was there they were exhausted. He said Fritz spent more time teaching fundamentals and focusing on the little things. He said they became better football players under Fritz and were more prepared on Gameday but then they played with the toughness they learned under Monken.

Gag was a very bad team.

    Very, very bad.

(They did get a lot of breaks from crap officiating. And their seemingly miraculous sudden knowledge of which play we were calling sure didn’t hurt.)

They may not have been Sav state, but they sure weren’t far from that level.
Yes, yes they were far from Savannah State level. Are you seriously comparing an FBS bowl team to a 1-win FCS team? Lol
