And Senior Bowl is basically a guarantee you get drafted these days.

I attended the Senior Bowl a few years back (after spending a few days in Biloxi). While there I heard a lot of talk about scouts from all the teams having been there for the practices, but few had actually stayed for the game, i.e. the game was really just for the fans. Bottom line being that it worked the same as you’re saying the NFLPA game does.

+1, during the week is where Tyler will shine. Like I said, just stand near him and listen.... BOOM.

Historically specialists are 4th round or later, with a few outliers. Of course there was the Bucs drafting Aguayo years ago and we saw how that turned out. Despite the importance of the position, most teams arent willing to spend a draft pick on it unless its a sure bet. There are always a handful available to be picked up throughout the year so teams can spend their picks on other areas of need.

Good chance he would be drafted.

Unfortunately, he has been asked to do much more in much worse conditions. He is one of our very best, but his stats from this season don’t show it.

I doubt he will get drafted. (It’s pretty unusually for kickers. Maybe with last year’s stats, but unlikely now.)

Doesn’t mean he won’t play in the NFL, though. He very well could.
The fact that he's gotten the invite to the Senior Bowl invite suggests they are willing to look beyond the stats. He has a few bad misses but he's been asked to kick in some crazy weather and that 49-yarder he made against App with the wind blowing laterally would be hard for an NFL kicker.

There was 2 kickers drafted last year and many many changes this season in kickers. Most will be picked up UFDA. Isn't that how Koo started his career? Also aren't the Bears still struggling with kickers this year? Yet they did not pick one up in the draft.

    Austin Siebert 5th

    2018 also saw 2 kickers.
    5th round
    7th round

I'm sure any billion dollar franchise is able to decipher the cause of the drop off and watch game footage. I doubt their decisions are based off of a stat sheet.

If Bass is truly good enough to play in the league, then I know he will.
