Thread: The Cure Bowl

Anyone seen how the guys on the paint line are raising funds trying to get everyone there? They even started a go fund me to get everyone there. I saw this on twitter earlier today when big frank from WJCL tweeted it.

That’s painting with a pretty broad brush.

Tickets are $45. They advertise that it’s a $30 ticket but tack on a $15 “fee” at checkout. That’s a solid plan, but it’s not going to work for every student.

    1. Dues are way more than that.
    2. There are over 300 student orgs on campus, why bash just 1?
    3. We have a very low greek participation on campus, what is it, 7%? Why not bash the other 90%+ of students?

No I was not in a greek org.
No longer eating crow for saying "The TO is gone get over it!!"

As of now, looks like it will be cloudy with showers (40%) and a high of 69 degrees. Winds at 10-15mph.

Anyone else see what Liberty is offering their students to go to the game?

$25 gets them bus transportation to the airport, flight, bus transportation in Orlando, two-night accommodations that includes breakfast, ticket to the game, and similar return transportation.

Promise you I paid 33 online. Bought tickets through the ticket office. There was a 3 dollar processing fee and that's it.
