    I doubt it was the best job he could have landed, but it was the lowest risk. He could coach at Tulane until he's 70 if he wants to.

    He apparently was hired over Art Briles. Missouri State is following the Liberty model by throwing morals out the window when making their hires. They have flirted with joining the Sun Belt in the past, but offer little value in football or basketball. Their football program is putrid. This strikes me as a desperate attempt for them to be relevant.
