Coach’s TV Show??

Anyone hear whether CL will do any sort of a TV interview show this season?

Fritz used to do them, but I’m pretty sure they stopped when he left.

There's Blue/White Weekly that comes on Fox Sports South. It's not football specific, but definitely focuses on it a good bit

I believe it typically airs Tuesdays at 4, but usually has reruns as well.


The radio crew also usually does video stream of the Monday night coaches shows via Facebook, but I don't think you have to have an account in order to view it as long as you have the link

I think the Blue White Weekly is what y'all are referring too.

Unfortunately it doesn't get publicized much, but it features a post-game interview & highlights & previews the next opponent. Also touches on the other sports a bit and features some different interviews

What are we calling the old show. Like Erk/sPJ sitting down going over the plays/scores, action during game. Discuss outcome, injuries concussions. Then discuss next game and future of program. Interview some key people and players.

It's always been called the "Coach's show". Probably didnt get great TV ratings, which is why they do the same thing now but Live with a crowd, and then live stream on facebook and then record to be replayed as a podcast. Basically the same format/concept - review previous week's game, discuss future opponents, etc.

The show on Facebook Live is just a streamed version of the weekly radio show that's always been done. It's not a replacement for the weekly Coach's Show that airs (or used to) with highlights.

The televised show was always very structured and involved a first half, second half, and next opponent overview (although this is probably the smallest segment). The radio show involves questions from the radio host and they also take crowd/social media/call in questions (at least sometimes).

One is not a replacement for the other. If they are no longer doing the televised coach's show, which I was unaware they stopped if so, then it's because it wasn't worth the cost or effort to do anymore.
