    Default CFN Locker Room Material

Apparently they don't think we have a chance of winning the 'belt.

Seems like a fair assessment to me.

Disagree with it, but not anything close to "locker room material"

Also companion article from CFN: 2019 Spring College Football Rankings

(2018 CFN final ranking and ranking movement for 2019 in parentheses)
They basically say any Sun Belt team that did good was a flash in the pan.
Actually, they just took the majority of G5 teams that finished well and ***** slapped them to the back of the line to put the P5 that underperformed back in place.

    129. Texas State (123, -6)
    119. USA (109, -10)
    117. CCU (98, -19)
    115. Georgia State (122, +7)

Don't really disagree at all with 7 wins. The write-up says exactly what we as fans have been saying, which is that we will be just as good as last year but the road schedule is daunting. I was playing with the Massey predictor the other day and it also comes out to 7 wins, with Troy and Arkansas State both being losses, but only by a combined 8 points.

    At LSU L 38-10
    Maine W 32-17
    At Minn L 31-17
    Louisiana W 35-28
    At South Alabama W 37-20
    Coastal Carolina W 38-21
    New Mexico State W 42-20
    At App State L 28-14
    At Troy L 26-21
    ULM W 31-21
    At Arkansas State L 27-24
    Georgia State W 38-17

We have as good a chance of getting to the conference championship game as anyone in the east. With all the new coaches there is no way we lose to all three of the Sun Belt teams mentioned that we play on the road. Arkansas state should not scare us at all. We also should have a punchers chance at Minnesota.

If we lose more than four regular season games I will be very disappointed.

How about we let the team focus on themselves and getting better each and every week and let the results speak for themselves. We don't need or want our players concerned with each and every thing the media, message boards, or whomever else says about them.

OK, I wasn't going to anyway but I hereby promise not to drive 200 miles to Statesboro and post stuff inside the locker room or otherwise force any team or team member to view any material relating to them. My word is my bond so no worries about my superhuman persuasive abilities being used to otherwise stir **** up. You can take that **** to the bank. That frees me up to focus 100% on getting Nabisco to stop making Oreos in Mexico.
