Thread: Revised FPI predictions

  1. #1

    Default Revised FPI predictions

I couldnt find the other thread, but based on ESPN after Week 1 games, here is our probability of winning the remainder of our games -

    Umass - 51%
    Clemson - 1.3%
    Ark State - 52.9%
    USA - 79.3%
    TXST - 74.7%
    NMSU - 70%
    App - 38%
    ULM - 47.6%
    Troy - 68.6%
    CCU - 69.6%
    GagSt - 69.7%

So best case would be 10-2, worst case 7-5. I'm sure it will change week to week, but at least now there is some current data for them to consider.

This team will be in a bowl game if we avoid injuries at the most vulnerable positions.

It's the barometer for the season IMO. We're 2.5 point favorites, which is essentially a tossup. I know each game is different, but the final score will really tell us what kind of team we have.

Mathematically, GS's chance is 13,000 times better than Lloyd's.
