Are they a donor only thing?

maybe, i went into USER CP, and Edit Avatar on the left column.

My "Do not use an avatar" bubble is filled and there are no other options. Must be a donor thing.

Like signatures, probably a permissions setting. I'll be taking a look at it. The different usergroups set up differently when they were ported over.

Check it now .. the permissions weren't activated.
